Refund policy
Final Sale: Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not available for return or exchange.
For everything else: We are a small business that operates in the beachwear industry where new styles, colors, and product lines are released frequently. Unfortunately, this means that we can't accept returns for refunds. What we can do is exchange your unworn and unwashed item, in its original packaging with tags intact, for another item of equal value. This exchange can only be done one time. If your new item is more, then we will only charge you the difference, plus applicable sales tax.
Retail Store: Bring your item back to the store along with your original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Online: Contact us within 3 days of package arrival and ship your item back to us within 14 days of package arrival. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping charges will apply. NautiGirl Beachwear is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please make sure to input your shipping information accurately. Failure to do so may result in delays and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees. If the tracking information shows delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
Steps to exchange:
Contact us via email at Allyne@NautiGirlBeachwear.com to receive an exchange request form. After you've completed this form, include a copy of the form and a copy of your receipt in the return package. Return your item to the address on the exchange request form. Keep a copy of your tracking information and provide it to us. Once we receive your item and any payment due, your replacement item will be shipped within 3 days.
