Questions we get all the time
Do you offer shipping?
We absolutely ship to our customers in the United States. You can also select in-store pickup for any online order. Or you can see us in person at 216 2nd St N in downtown St. Pete. Orders ship within 2 business days, and orders over $150 ship free with code FREESHIP150.
Where are you located?
216 2nd St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 — in the heart of downtown, across from the Sundial. Look for the bright blue building with the mermaid.
Where do I park?
We have ample free street parking in front of our store and within a couple of block radius. There are also multiple paid lots and a multi-level garage right near us as well.
What are your hours?
We are open every day, 10 AM to 6 PM.
Can I return or exchange a swimsuit?
We offer exchanges for another product of equal value, but we don’t offer refunds. If the new item costs more, you only pay the difference plus applicable sales tax. Or if you can’t find anything you like, we’ll issue a gift card that never expires. Sale and Final Sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. Full details are on our Refund/Exchange policy page. How do the bikini bottom coverage levels work?
We sort bottoms three ways: Full for extra coverage and a modest fit; Moderate for the everyday middle ground; and Micro for the least coverage and the fewest tan lines. Not sure which is right for you? Try our free Fit Finder or ask us and we’ll work with you to get the perfect coverage.
How do I find my size?
Swim sizing varies by brand, and most people are not the same size on top and bottom. Try our free Fit Finder — give it a brand and size you already know, your cup and dress/pant size, or your measurements. Or ask and we’ll work with you to ensure the perfect fit.
Which brands do you carry?
Kulani Kinis, Frankie’s Bikinis, Luli Fama, O’Neill, Elan, Rainbow Sandals, and 20+ more. Plus our own line of NGB Originals, designed by us and made for you. And with new arrivals weekly, you’ll have fresh styles all season!
Do you carry men’s swim and clothing?
Yes — men’s Hawaiian shirts, swim and board shorts, hybrid shorts, sun shirts, and hats, right alongside our women’s collection.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. Order online and pick it up at 216 2nd St N as quickly as the same day, during normal store hours.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. NautiGirl Beachwear gift cards come in amounts from $25 to $1,000, and work online or in store.
Do you carry sun shirts and UPF sun protection?
Yes. We carry long-sleeve sun shirts for women and for men (some come with hoods), plus hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen — everything for a full day on the water.
Can I try suits on in the store?
Yes. Come in and we’ll pull sizes and fit you in person. Most people are not the same size on top and bottom, so trying on separates beats guessing. It’s the whole reason to shop swim in a real store.
